| I am a hard working, reliable, passionate and experienced chalet cook/host. who is looking for an ASAP start until the end of your ski season. I really want to get back out to the alps this winter to another ski season. I enjoy the mountain lifestyle and enjoy interacting with like-minded people. I am good home cook who has worked in professional kitchens and has a great flavour palate. Also I have designed my own menu plans in the past and I have also worked set menus as well, so I don't mind which I do. The other jobs I have had in past seasons are assistant chef, nanny, general assistant. I don't mind which of these jobs I do. I used to be a warranted assistant beaver scout leader for 2 and half years. I have supervised children on other events. my certificates are my level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene, AOFAQ level Emergency First At work, Introduction To Hospitality, The Natives Chalet Skills and Cookery course. I have an up to date C.V and Menu plan available on request. I look forward to hearing from you.
I don't drive so I hope that not a problem, I do ski
