Massif property services are a small independent property management company based in the Grand massif region of the French Alps.
We are looking for two highly motivated individuals to join the team longer term starting this summer with a view to career progression into the winter season for the right candidates.
We are looking to fill the following positions:
Property Assistant:
This position involves working in a team to ensure the timely changeover of chalets and apartments across the resort for new guests. In addition the position involves ironing and preparing linen for new arrivals. Applicants must be happy with a position that involves lots of cleaning and must be individuals who take great pride in their work. You would be responsible for all aspects of the properties making sure that we maintain and exceed current standards. Reporting any maintenance issues and checking the condition of the properties on guests departures.
Property Manager:
This would be a hands on role for the summer and involves working alongside our property manager to ensure that all properties exceed guests expectations. You will be the guests first point of contact on arriving in resort and will provide any information needed with regards to the properties and surrounding areas and attractions and also being on hand should any queries arise during their stay. During this time you will learn all aspects of the business enabling you to progress to resort manager for the coming winter season for the right applicant.
Both applicants must have a keen eye for detail and preferably already have worked in a similar position in a ski resort. French spoken language would be an advantage.
Start date summer: June - mid september. Winter Nov-April
