Successful applicants will be
Hard working and reliable
Have a minimum of one season chalet / kitchen experience
Proven customer service record through references
An eye for detail
Main duties
Ensure all guests have an fabulous stay
Provide excellent conversational skills and be engaging with guests
Cleaning chalet to a high level daily
Deep cleaning chalet on change over day inc linen counts
Chalet Cook - Cooking 3 course evening meals 6 nights of the week and providing 2 course kids high tea 6 nights
Chalet Cook - Keeping the kitchen and store cupboards/areas clean following legally required food hygiene standards - deep cleaning kitchen area every change over day
Chalet Cook - Once a week completing thorough stocktake of chalet food
Chalet Cook - Shopping for food (once a week) also shopping for other chalet items such as cleaning products
Resort assistant - ensuring chalets are running smoothly, guest communication and occasional chalet work to cover illness etc
Driving license required for resort assistant and chef / cook role in Le Praz
Staff package
Travel to and from the UK (London)
Insurance
Accommodation
Ski equipment if required
Uniform
1 day off per week
Local valley pass - can be upgraded to 3 vallees T&C`s apply
Meals when working
End of season performance related bonus
Weekly wage paid 4 weekly
