| We, Jeroen & Nancy, are a Dutch couple searching for a job as a management or host couple.
Jeroen is highly experienced in hospitality and Nancy's working areas are HR, service and management.
Our experience is that we are very complementary when we work together. That makes us a strong and reliable team.
We are able to set up a business from scratch, know how to run a business in an operational way, have knowledge of computer programs & financials, and we understand how to coach and motivate people.
Jeroen is a great chef. His food and dishes are always of a high standard. He is creative, innovative and very critical when it concerns the quality of food and the presentation. As a manager he knows how to organize his business. He is specialized in workflows, staff training, hygiene, service, innovation and events.
Nancy is an organizer 'pur sang'. She is a people manager with a very high standard of service and knows how to take care of business and people in the broadest sense. She is very well able to coach and motivate staff, feels perfectly what is needed to make guests happy and has financial an communication skills.
We believe working in hospitality asks, besides work experiences and skills, also a strong, positive and friendly personality.
A high standard of guest satisfaction is a must. Service & quality are our keywords.
