Location: Tignes les Brevieres | Mature Chalet Couples needed for fun Winter Season 2016/2017, French Alps - Tignes, starting Nov 2016
We are looking for staff aged 27 years old plus - no upper age limit (we currently have staff aged 50 plus). To cater in our friendly 12 to 17 person chalets in Tignes les Brevieres in the French Alps next winter season.
The Chalet Cook must be capable of catering to a high standard with training, 6 day a week, breakfast and a 3 course evening meal with cannapes. The Chalet Cook must work well under pressure and be able to produce well-presented dishes in a timely fashion.
The Chalet Cook must be a confident and experienced home cook. Previous employed catering experience or catering qualification is disirable, but not essential. It is also essential they are well organised and are clean and tidy in a kitchen with a general kitchen hygiene awareness.
The Chalet Host will be responsible for the smooth daily running of the Chalet and keeping the Chalet clean and tidy at all times. A high standard of cleanliness and great attention to detail is required.
It is the Chalet Hosts responsibility to make the Chalet a clean, friendly place our guests will look forward to coming home to.
Our Package includes:
