Location: Tignes les Brevieres | Mature Chefs needed for fun Winter Season 2016/2017, French Alps - Tignes, starting Nov 2016
We are looking for mature and capable Chefs to join our hospitality team running catered chalets and hotels in Tignes, French Alps next winter season.
We are looking for staff aged 27 years old plus - no upper age limit (we currently have staff aged 50 plus).
We essentially wan't staff that are responsible, hard working, and loyal but will appreciate the work life balance on offer.
Our chefs cater in our friendly 12 to 30 person chalets and our 70 person hotel (ran by a sous and head chef team) all in Tignes les Brevieres the French Alps.
We need Chefs at all levels - head, sous and small chalet chef catering for x 17.
The right candidates must have relevant experience, meaning they can confidently cater at a high standard for at least x 20 covers (these are the chalet chefs, the head chef at the hotel caters for x 70 including staff with the help of a sous chef), be highly organised and have a real understanding of good quality food in a home-cooked style, which is what our guests enjoy after a long day on the slopes.
Our Package includes:
