AktivExperience are recruiting for winter 2016/17 for their chalets in Meribel and Le Praz, 3 Vallees, France
Aktiv Experience are looking for experienced individuals and couples for their team for the forth coming winter, roles to be filled include Chalet chefs / cooks, hosts, head hosts, and a resort assistant. A minimum of one season experience is required for all roles.
General overview of role:
As the ‘day to day’ contact for our guests, your role is to provide excellent customer service, excellent food and a clean, safe & welcoming ‘home from home’ in line with our company budgets and guidelines.
Successful applicants will be / have:
Hard working and reliable,
Have a minimum of one season chalet experience
Proven customer service record through references
An eye for detail
Good team player
Ski / Snowboard experience
Main duties:
Ensure all guests have a fabulous stay
Provide excellent conversational skills and be engaging with guests
Cleaning chalet to a high level daily
Deep cleaning chalet on change over day inc linen counts
Serve guests professionally meals around a well laid table
Staff package:
Travel to and from the UK (London)
Paid training course
Insurance
Accommodation
Ski equipment if required
Uniform
1 day off per week
Season Local valley pass - can be upgraded to 3 vallees T&C`s apply
Meals when working
Weekly wage paid 4 weekly
Commitment Bond of £150 payable on acceptance of role, this is reimbursed upon successful completion of the contract
