There are actually two half-term weeks - we have availability for week commencing 18th February, but are booked up for week commencing the 11th February.
Assuming that you meant week commencing 18th Feb, we have 3 family suites available that week which are very large ensuite rooms which each sleep two adults in a double bed, and then there are two single beds for children. The children's beds are slightly separated from the main room so it feels like separate rooms.
We are about a 2 minute drive from Samoens 1600 (we're right up the mountain, not down in the village) so you don't have to queue for the main lift in the morning. Shuttles are free and we drop you right next to the ski school. We can pick up at a time to suit you and understand that sometimes children get tired and want to come back a bit earlier. Since its only a 2 minute drive - you can just text us and we'll come and get you.
We've got great in house facilities for children including our own toboggan run in the garden (and toboggans!), a separate TV/movie snug, a games room with pool table and plenty of toys/games to suit all ages. Then we also have cots/baby baths as required. We do an early dinner for little ones and then the parents can enjoy dinner and relax in the evening once the children have gone to bed.
For the adults, we've got an outdoor hot tub, sauna and lovely relaxing living room.
Its 850 Euros per adult and 600 euros per child for that week.

We are situated in the picturesque alpine village of Samoens which is one of the 5 linked resorts that forms the Grand Massif the 4th largest ski área in France and in the top 5 snow sure resorts.
Chalet Giffre has an excellent location close to the village center just 400m to cafes, bars, shops and the Gondola. We have our own private minibuses servicing the chalet. Our drivers drop you off at the gondola in the mornings in under a minute and offer collection in the afternoon from 5 different lift stations in the Valley.
We offer a fully catered service 6 out of 7 days, cooked breakfast, 3 course evening meal with bottled wines cold beers.
All 6 bedrooms benefit from en suite shower rooms and wc.
All rooms can be adapted to make twin rooms or family rooms sleeping 4 where children have discount.

Our chalet-hotel is in snow sure Plagne 1800, part of the Paradiski area and we offer half board accommodation in en suite rooms. We are next to the slopes and two chair lifts, with the ski school meeting point just across the street.
Facilities include:
* Two bars - Le Bobsleigh and the Skeleton with TVs and music * sauna, * lounge areas * massage room * large fitness room * pool table, children’s area * in-house ski and boot hire at best price guaranteed * ski passes can be collected on arrival if pre-booked.

Covered parking at the hotel is 50 euros a week but there is outdoor parking nearby if preferred. Eurostar travellers have just a short ride up the mountain to reach us so there are no lengthy transfers.

I am a professional chef with an excellent reputation for food, and own and operate my traditional Savoyard chalet in the lovely, unspoiled village of Samoëns (‘The 4th largest ski area and in the top 3 snow sure resort in France’ -Daily Telegraph 2013; - about 1 hour from Geneva airport. Assistance with transfers. Parking in the chalet grounds.
From Samoëns you have access to the Grand Massif (265 km pistes - Flaine, Le Carroz, Morillon and Sixt Fer à Cheval). The Chariande Express, a 6 seater chair lift, between Samoëns 1600 and Tete de Saix has speeded up access to Flaine. Good snow record with a variety of pistes up to 2,500m.
* ski lifts are each about 800 metres from the chalet
* skibus stops 50m from the door.

We specialise in great value holidays at Chalet Sherpa in Morzine - just an hour and 20 minutes drive from Geneva airport and part of the massive Portes du Soleil ski region.
Half Term = Half Price for children aged 10 and under.
You can arrive/depart any day of the week and any time of day. Bags can be stored and there are shower/change facilities available on arrival and departure days so you can maximise your time on the slopes.
Chalet Sherpa has a fantastic friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The chalet sleeps up to 25 guests in 10 bedrooms. We offer holidays on a bed and breakfast basis - breakfast includes a choice of cereals, orange/apple juice, baguette, toast, butter/jams/spreads, yoghurts, croissants and also a cooked option such as bacon, eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms. Tea and coffee is available all day and our on-site Sherpa bar offers snacks and dinner every night so you can choose either to eat in or sample one of the local restaurants in the evening.
The chalet is in a great location - just an easy, flat walk to Morzine town centre and ski lifts (800m).
