Hi everyone. We are an experienced professional couple team with 10 years hospitality experience searching for our perfect job with just the right mix between chalet staff in the winter and yacht crew in the summer.

Together we have successfully managed 4 private residences.
A large chalet in Les Gets in the Rhone Alps. A villa in Stresa on the shores of Lago Maggiore in Northern Italy and two residences in the Byron Bay region of Australia.

Our duties were varied over the 4 positions and included:
Personal assistant, property management, staff supervisor, chauffeur, deckhand, stewardess, cook, bartender, waiter, nanny, masseuse, gardener.

We both also have relevant yachting experience together as deckhand/cook and stewardess in the Whitsunday Islands. We both hold our current STCW-95, first aid certificates and speedboat licences.

We are both Australians in our early 30's, amicable, professional and discreet.
We are seeking a role that will allow us to pursue both our love for the mountains and the ocean concurrently.
Ideally we are aiming to work in the Mediterranean over the summer months and preferably France, Italy, Canada or USA for winter.
However we are definitely open to all possibilities should the right position present itself.

We are searching for a permanent position and are prepared commit to long term and to travel wherever and whenever needed.

We are looking for an experienced chef couple to run a 14 person chalet in La Tania, 3 Valleys.
The chef needs to have extensive experience in fine dining (2 rosettes or similar) and the host extensive experience in hospitality.
Working to a generous budget, you will be given free reign to design your own menu.
We are looking for a couple with great personalities, who are welcoming and professional.
You will receive a competitive salary, accommodation, food, ski pass, ski hire, ski insurance and travel expenses.
When applying, please submit a six day menu (four courses) and ideas for breakfast and afternoon tea.
