I'm 30, From Nottingham and have worked in various locations around Europe over the years including London, Italy, South & North France, Tenerife, Menorca & Mallorca up to Head Chef level in establishments such as 4 star hotels, gastro pubs, and restaurants up to 2AA rosette level.
