We're back again looking for this years solution.
We are a group of 3 males, me (53), my son (19) and my brother-in-law (47). We have flights booked from Edinburgh and now seek accommodation and optional transfer please.
Seeking catered accommodation offering at lowest price (target budget of £450pp if including transfer). We're assuming accommodation would mean a triple room but happy to split, no bed sharing though! Prefer not to share with young families. Prefer beds without footboards as our party is tall.
Location requirements: 1. max 2 hours transfer from Geneva. 2. skiing sufficiently high that there will still be snow for our dates. 3. walkable to village/bars.

Chalet Giffre is owner run and has a great location in Samoens located between the gondola and church square, so you're not dependent on transport after your days skiing, the village is on your doorstep.
The chalet offers 5 bedrooms with en suite shower and wc. Sleeping 10/14.
Spacious open plan dining and lounge area with central fireplace and traditional wooden beams.
Our private mini bus service provides transport between the chalet and gondola just 400m in under a minute or the public ski bus stops across the road.
7 nights catering includes.
6 days 3 course evening meals plus cheese board and port.
Breakfast each day with cooked options on 5 mornings.
Afternoon Tea and cakes.
Wine, beers and a well stocked complimentary bar for those who prefer a few G&Ts.
Chalet has a fully fitted in house ski shop.
Skis, boots and helmets for all levels, so NO queuing in shops to collect or return your ski gear.

We have availability for the 3 of you in Chalet Marie Stuart in Samoens from 21st - 25th March 2024. Full details can be seen on our website www.geeski.co.uk
Chalet Marie Stuart is a lovely chalet with a games room with table tennis table, a sauna and external hot tub and 7 ensuite bedrooms. It is located between the Grand Massif Express lifts and the Vercland Express. We have a flexible private transfer service to and from the lifts or apres.
Samoens is a great traditional village and the lively centre with its shops, bars and restaurants is around 15 minutes walk from the chalet although there are closer bars to the chalet. Samoens is part of the Grand Massif and gives access to a great range of skiing (265km) up to 2500m height. The lift from the village takes you to 1600m where the ski schools meet and the skiing begins with links to Morillon, Les Carroz and Flaine.
It is a snowsure area with access to Flaine.
The price in our March sale would be just £520 a person. This includes
Transfers from Geneva (just over 1 hour away)
Private transfers within resort each day to and from the lift stations.
