Sunny self catered apartment ideally located for skiing and summer active holidays!

Our apartment Les Quatre Saisons is in a well established building in modern styling with views towards Le Bettex and on to Mont Joly in one direction and the Mont Blanc massif in another.
It is on the second floor and benefits from an L-shaped balcony so that we can have the sun all day long. There is dedicated parking, exclusively for the residents, to one side of the building.
The apartment sleeps six very comfortably in two double beds and two singles. It is particularly well placed for skiing ,walking and climbing in the Mont Blanc region and is in the centre of a huge area of ski resorts to suit all standards.
It is situated in a quiet part of the town but is only a five minutes walk from the bakery and about ten minutes from the centre and all the shops, restaurants, theatre and the tourist office. The ski lift station is just five minutes walking.

Accommodation:

2 double bedrooms - 1 with twin beds, the other with double bed. Double room also has space for extra put-u-up bed.
large living/dining room with table and seating for 8-10, double bed-settee, telephone, video and dvd player, tv with satellite connection with UK channels.
good size kitchen with full cooker, oven/grill, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer.
bathroom with bath/shower and a separate toilet
lovely balcony on two sides, which takes the sun all day.
floor space is 55sq.m.
A door opens onto the balcony looking towards the ski lift and Mont d'Arbois, Mont Joly and Mont Blanc. The views are stunning and it is perfect for sunbathing or taking meals "al fresco".
