  • Chalet Le Cochon Noir has breathtaking panoramic views, and is 100m from it's sister Chalet Les Trolls - ideal for small groups of 6, or larger groups (16 in Summer/14 in Winter) using both chalets.
  • LONG WEEKEND,  or WEEK(s) we offer a personal service to meet your holiday requirements, our 2 friendly chalet hosts are there to look after you in winter.
  • Perfect location for alpine summer and winter activities. Ride/Ski the 265Kms of piste in winter. In summer enjoy the walks or mountain bike trails, horse riding, white water rafting, rock climbing with a guide or experience a tandem paragliding flight of the Giffre Valley!
  • The chalet is easy to get to being only 1 hour from Geneva Airport (Easyjet, Jet2.com, Flybe, Aer Lingus fly there) or 8 hours drive from Calais. 
  • From £475/€600 per chalet per week for Self-catered in the summer.
  • In the winter season (21st Dec to 18th April) catered prices are from £295/€370 per person per week, from £230/€290 ppw for Long Weekend. For Children under 16 deduct £100/€125. Includes local transport to and from lifts and village, Breakfast, Tea & Cakes, Aperitifs and 4 Course Evening Meal. We preorder your skis/boards & boots.

Accommodation:

  • 4 bedrooms; 4 twins (beds can be pushed together for double).
  • 3 bathrooms.
  • Open plan living/dining area, with comfortable leather sofas. The living room has wall height windows that allow you to take in the spectacular 180° views over the valley whilst relaxing in the sofas or enjoying your meal at the dining table.
  • In summer open the patio doors over the terrace and sit outside taking in the mountain and valley views. Enjoy the long summer evenings and barbecue on the terrace. Mountain bike or walk into the mountains from the door.
  • Long slope behind the chalet which is ideal for sledging and having fun in the snow during the winter and is very safe for the kids/big kids to spend hours enjoying themselves. Sledges are supplied with our chalets.
  • Both Chalet Le Cochon Noir and it's sister Chalet Les Trolls can be booked together for groups of up to 14 in Winter and 16 in Summer.

  • We preorder your skis/boards & boots from the hireshop for your collection to save time.

Why not get a group of friends together and come and relax for a weekend catered ski break staying in our cosy chalets with stunning mountain views, fantastic home cooked food and wine, Wifi to keep in touch with work and a 4x4 to chauffeur you to/from the Morillon skilift. Relax next to the logburner after a hard day on the slopes and chill out. We can arrange experienced local english speaking skiguides for lessons/off piste or tandem paragliding flights for a special occasion. We are 1 hour transfer from Geneva & charge £35 p/p return, fly to Geneva with Easyjet, Jet2.com, BA, BMI Baby, Flybe, Aer Lingus. Long weekend is 4 nights arrive Wed - depart Sun am so flights are cheaper. We can cater for up to 14 people & our 2 friendly chalet hosts are there from arrival to departure to look after you.
