    Accommodation:

    Chalet Du Bois sleeps up to 10 (more on request). There are 3 twin bedrooms and 2 double bedroom some with own vanity unit including sink. The open plan lounge has comfy seating for all, a cosy wood burner and under floor heating too. Don’t forget our two favorite features the Jacuzzi bath and the sauna !
        

    Cuisine:

    Food is a specialty here at Skiology. All our staff are trained by Skiology brother, professional chef Luke Turner. Where possible staff are placement students from the UK's best catering degrees.

    Luke work hard with his girlfriend, Rosie who is studying nutrition to provide a menu that is deliciously designed to fuel your day ... for example...

        * BREAKFAST : Different daily hot option included cinnamon French toast and drop scotch pancakes served alongside a continental breakfast.

        * TEA : Dom's Bolivian Banana Bread (recipe aquired while in a Bolivian jungle)

        *DINNER : Starter, Bl00dy Mary tomato soup.
    Main : Savoyard stuffed pork with pork and Madera reduction, Provencal potatoes, steamed green beans and Rosie Hoole's "Magic carrots".
    Vegetarian :  Chesnut lasagne
    Dessert Rosie Smith's world famous "Triple chocolate brownies"

    What's Included

    • Breakfast everyday, afternoon tea and a 3 course dinner apart from Wednesday (our day off)
