Four star luxury chalet in Les Houches with ski in ski out access, very spacious, and ideal for families! 
  • This stunning property offers very spacious accommodation for 12-14 guests, and enjoys an excellent position just a 2 min walk from the Bellevue ski lifts. Close to the heart of Les Houches village, with its shops, restaurants and the tourist office.
  • The property is a 200 year old farmhouse, lovingly converted by the owner into a beautiful, traditionally decorated ski chalet with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Graded by us as a 4* chalet! 
  • Minibus and/or catered services available on request.

Accommodation:

  • Ground floor: 
    • enormous 'farmhouse' style kitchen with 'AGA' range, hand built dining table with seating for 12 guests.
    • Bedroom 6: One twin bedroom (with hand-built bunk bed) adjacent to shower, wc, laundry & store.
  • 1st floor:
    • Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with Super King size brass bed, ensuite bathroom/wc which houses an original French roll-top bath dating from 1880!
    • Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3: 2 twin bedrooms and a bathroom with bath/wc,  additional separate WC.
    • A double aspect beamed living area (open to roof height) with exposed timbers, wooden floors and woodburning stove. Comfy sofa's, TV and DVD.
    • A cosy library area (open to living space) overlooks the original balcony and side garden.
  • 2nd floor:
    • Mezzanine level with velux (ideal for a kids play area or an extra bed) which looks down onto the living room
    • Bedroom 4: 1 twin bedroom
    • Bedroom 5: 1 small but charming double bedroom which has a large roof velux offering great views of Les Houches.
    • 1 bathroom with shower/wc.

Private parking in front of the chalet for 2 cars. Ski storage shed with coded door lock.




Services:

Huski offers three different package options;
  • Self-Catered
    • Includes all bills, bed linen, a stock of logs, welcome pack and delivery of pre-ordered snow equipment and ski passes, basic clean at the end of your holiday. 
  • Self-Catered Plus
    • As the standard package with cleaning service (alternate days) and in-resort minibus service (to the slopes and into Chamonix) 6 days.
  • Catered
    • Airport transfers from Geneva, delivery of pre-ordered snow equipment and ski passes, minibus service, cleaning service.
    • Professional chalet team to ensure the chalet is always welcoming; fresh flowers, fruit bowl, and a roaring fire in the evenings, and to provide you with all the help you need to make the most of your holiday.
    • Truly excellent cuisine 6 nights, including a champagne reception to welcome you, aperitif's and canapés daily. Breakfast and Tea 7 days.
