Winter - superb catered service!

• We use the best ingredients; cuts of meat, freshest vegetables, salad leaves and a proper chef to prepare and cook a 4 course evening meals with standard favourites such as 'Slow cooked Lamb shanks with spicy red cabbage and polenta' or 'Home-smoked salmon on a pea puree with a beetroot reduction'
• Breakfast is always a 'proper' meal with decent fresh coffee and a cooked dish including bacon and eggs or homemade pancakes with creme fraiche and a berry compote . Aternoon tea includes hot chocolate and Tisanes and nightly canapés/nibbles are standard, as is our Champagne welcome on arrival.
