Winter - superb catered service!

Put simply we are a foodie chalet company.  We can even offer you an organic experience!
  • We use the best ingredients; cuts of meat, freshest vegetables, salad leaves and a proper chef to offer 4 course evening meals with standard favourites such as 'Slow cooked Lamb shanks with spicy red cabbage and polenta' or ' Honey & mustard duck with sage infused cannellini beans'
  • Cost is not an issue. Offering you great value is!
  • Breakfast is always a 'proper' meal with decent fresh coffee. Aternoon tea includes hot chocolate and Tisanes and nightly canapés/nibbles are standard, as is our Champagne welcome on arrival.

It was real top restaurant quality food - rare in all but the most expensive chalets.
