 After working for another company in La Rosiere for 2 years, we set up AMountainChalet 6 years ago. Two years ago we moved into Chalet Jeode and have had 2 fantastic winter seasons here.
Running only one chalet means our focus is exclusively your needs and that of your party. We offer you a wonderfully relaxing holiday in our luxury chalet situated in a breathtakingly beautiful resort.

Chalet Jeode is a wonderful chalet that will sleep up to 13 people in comfort, set near the heart of the village. It enjoys some of the best uninterrupted views out over the Tarentaise valley.
Since buying the chalet we have been refitting and improving it. All the bedrooms are en-suite and finished with a great mix of Italian tiles and wood. We have refurbished the living and dinning rooms with a custom made Italian dining table, new sofas and a huge log fire to relax in front of.
There is also a ski room for you fitted out with ski racks and a boot warmer.
This year saw the introduction of our hot-tub.  Located just outside the back door you get to soak away your aches and pains while getting a sneaky view of Mont Pourri - what could be more perfect?
Being only a 2 minutes walk from the village centre and 5 minutes walk to the slope (we do provide a lift up to the slope in the morning) we are perfectly placed for a great holiday.

Chalet Jeode will be your home from home and we welcome you to it. 

Accommodation:

  • Light, airy lounge area with new sofas and large south facing balcony.  
  • Stunning views towards Tignes, Les Arcs 2000 and La Plagne
  • TV, video, DVD and stereo. A selection of board games,videos and DVDs
  • Large log fire.
  • We have 2 twin rooms, 1 double, 1 triple room and 1 family room (double and bunk). 
  • All rooms are en-suite.
  • Bath and hand towels are provided.
  • The rooms have bedside radio alarms, English sockets
  • Tea and coffee making facilities avaliable.
  • Iron, ironing board and hairdryers avaible on request
  • Plentiful supply of hot water
  • A ski room with ski racks and boot warmer. 
For the benefit of all our guests we are a no smoking chalet, although feel free to enjoy the views and a cigarette on our balcony.

Cuisine:

  • Breakfast is continental style, with fresh french bread, a selection of cereals and jams, porridge and eggs, tea, coffee and fruit juice. While on two days we will cook up a full English breakfast.
  • Afternoon tea will be waiting for you on your return from the slopes every day. Including fresh homemade cake or biscuits, fresh french bread and jams 
  • Every evening, except on our day off, you will be served a freshly prepared, wholesome 3 course meal accompanied by complementary wine. The meal is then rounded off with tea and coffee.
  • Let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements and these will happily be catered for.
  • Earlier childrens meals are available.

  • Ski hire can be organised for you in advance. 
  • Ski lessons can be organised for you with your choice of ski school.
  • Child care can be organised locally.
  • Explore the Espace San Bernardo ski area with upto 3 days ski hosting.
  • We can also help if you would like to book heli  skiing, a high mountain guide, do the Olympic bobsled run in La Plagne, ski the Valley Blanche in Chamonix or visit other resorts locally.
