Whether you prefer a bowl of porridge, something more continental, or a cooked option - healthy or not, there will be something for you to start the day with.Afternoon Tea: A tempting choice of cakes, scones, biscuits and bread & jam, not to mention drinks - including Rachael's vin chaud or a warming hot chocolate. Dinner: Dinner will be served around 7.30pm and will be of a contemporary European style. We like to make the most of the fantastic ingredients available in France, all complimented with our selection of wines. This will be followed by a selection of cheeses and then coffee, teas and chocolates. As so many guests from last winter have rebooked for this winter we have reworked the menu to include some exciting new additions as well as some old favourites. We intend to have one evening dedicated solely to the Slow Food Movement which will feature tasting of locally produced wines. Also we intend to have Vegetarian Society accreditation by the start of the winter. Services:We offer a guiding service to help you make the most out of your time on the mountain and also have a GPS system to measure all your vital skiing statistics! We will be more than happy to arrange transfers for you. |
