Hip and comfortable luxury chalet on the slopes in Vallandry, part of the fabulous Paradiski area

Chalet Rudolph is located right on the slopes, just above the centre of Vallandry and 200m from the ski lift.
The ski in & ski out chalet has a great view on the Tarantaise Valley and the village of Montchavin, part of the La Plagne ski area.
Chalet Rudolph is part of the chalet village Les chalets de Bellecôte which is managed by the Dutch/French GrandAlpes group.
All rooms and areas of this hip and comfortable chalet have a lovely wooden cladding and the floors feature large rustic tiles.
Great design and perfect location right on the slopes.
On the park there is a reception (in Le Dahu anticipate of WIFI) and a nice bar and restaurant. There is also a little swimingpool on the park.
The distance to the centre is around 400m.
In Les Arcs there is also a lot to do in the summer. Of a afternoon golf or tennis to climb, paragliding or wild water sailing.
At the chalets de Bellecôte you can reserve a place in the covered car park (€ 70,-).
Attention, Ski area Paradiski is open from 23/12/2006 until 22/04/2007 Ski Area Les Arcs / La Plagne is open from 16/12/2006

Accommodation:

The deluxe, Savoyard style chalet has an entrance with hall, ski-storage and separate toilet.
Large L-shape living room. The lounge is centred around a natural stone fireplace and has a couple of very comfortable couches.
The luxury open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave and the dining table is a piece of art by itself.
From the kitchen/dining area you can access a large south-facing balcony.
The mezzanine (vide) on the first floor has a comfortable sofa, a tv and an extra terrace.
On the lower ground floor a pretty relax-area with sauna and jacuzzi.
6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms

On the ground floor there is one romantic double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath, washstand and toilet.
The first floor bedroom has with double bed and a bathroom with shower and washstand.
On the lower ground floor 3 twin bedrooms.
Also one bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a bathroom with shower and bath.
There also is a separate toilet.

WINTER (December - April): Gas, water, electricity, bedlinen and final cleaning (excl. kitchen/corner and dishwasher).
SUMMER (May - November): Gas, water and electricity.

WINTER (December - April): Visitor tax, security deposit (€ 750 payable by creditcard), towel-set (€ 8 per change), bed linen (€ 15 per change), firewood (€ 10 p. bag) . Babybed (€ 16 p.w.) or cot, highchair (€ 16 p.w.), if available and reserved in advance.
SUMMER (May - November): Tourist tax, deposit (€ 500,- per creditcard), towel-set (€ 8,- per change), bedlinen (€ 15,- per change or bring with you),final cleaning, Excl. kitchen/corner and dishwasher, a minimum of € 70, from the 5th person € 10,- per person per week extra, pets on request (€ 35,- per week). Child's bed (€ 16 p.w.) or high chair (€ 16,- p.w.) if available and reserved in advance.

Clients receive 15% discount on ski-rental if booked in advance, or a 10% discountcoupon.
GrandAlpes Private catering available from € 280 p.p.p.w., discounts for children available.
Pets are allowed (on request: € 35 p.pet p.w.).
