 We decided to provide our idea of a perfect service rather than just copying the standard format so we are the only chalet company who:
  • let you choose your arrival and departure times and days so you can make the most of cheaper travel options and avoid busy changeover periods.
  • charge a fixed rate of £55 every day of the year, so you won't be penalised for having children and needing to come during the school holidays, only having a few days off work, or traveling solo.
  • are always walking distance from lifts, cafes and bars so you can come and go as you please.
  • allow you to have your breakfast and tea at a time that suits you.
  • will discuss reduced rates with you, and are totally flexible about the service we provide.
  • fix our menus based on what you tell us you like rather than price.
  • will arrange transfers, equipment hire, booking activities, babysitting and lessons free of charge.
  • can enable you to explore the whole of the Paradiski area. We have chalets at either end of the area, and will drive your bags between them so you can wake up in one, then travel across the mountain and stay the night at the other.

Accommodation:

  • The chalet is in Bourg-st-Maurice, so that when you are not on the mountain you can choose to explore this lovely French town rather than being stuck in a remote chalet, or in an ugly purpose built resort.
  • You can stroll to the funiculaire lift when you are ready in the morning, so you can come and go as you please rather than being restricted to pick up and drop off times.
  • We have one double bedroom, 3 twin rooms and one triple.  We also have cots available.
  • There is a garden with lovely views of the mountain for sunbathing and bar-b-ques when it's warm.
  • There is a workshop for servicing equipment including waxing facilities, a complete toolkit, bike stand and outside hose pipe.
  • There is an area for drying wet boots and shoes, and a heated drying rail in each bedroom.
  • You can relax in the upstairs living room in the evenings or on lazy days watching one of our 200 DVD's on the plasma screen, playing X-box games and listening to music.  If you want some quiet time, there is an office where you can use the internet, and a quiet reading room.  We also have wifi if you want to bring a laptop.
  • Meals are served in a large dining room which has a balcony with views of the resort, and we have highchairs if you need them. 

Cuisine:

  • You can help yourself to breakfast whenever you want it, to allow for early starts or lie-ins. It includes: cereal, porridge, croissants, pains aux chocolats, bread, cheese, ham, eggs, yogurts and fruit.
  • You don't have rush down from the slopes in time for afternoon tea, but can help yourself whenever you are in throughout the day to hot drinks, cakes and biscuits.
  • Dinner is one hearty main course with wine and pudding so you don't have to sit at the table for hours if you have something better to do, but can sit munching through seconds and thirds if you don't.
  • We set our menu to suit you, so if you would prefer to have a starter, would like the kids to have a different meal, or would like a particular favorite dish just ask. We will cater to your needs for no extra charge.
  • You won't be forced to eat out if you don't want to, because we don't have 'chalet night off' once a week. You will get dinner every night when you stay with us because you have paid for it.

We understand that people often have concerns about there not being much snow early season, but after 12 years of skiing on the opening day we know that there is always plenty.
