A great base for a ski holiday - you can try some of the best French resorts and even ski into Italy !

  • The Gîte de Vulmix is a cosy restored farmhouse, built in 1880, situated in a typical old Savoyard village on the sunny side of the valley facing the ski-area of Les Arcs.
  • In the heart of a big ski-area with many Olympic resorts you can ski somewhere different every day. Les Arcs is the closest; 4 min by car takes you to the first lift. 7 Minutes later you are in Les Arcs 1600.
  • Otherwise you have the choice between La Plagne (15 min), La Rosiere (15 min. and over to Italy for a great Italian lunch !), Sainte Foy (20 min), Val d'Isere/Tignes (30 min) and even Courchevel is only 40 minutes away. And all this is covered by a 6 day Olympic ski-pass.

Accommodation:

  • Ski-lodge which sleeps 30 people max.
  • Living area with open log fire, billiard table, stereo and games
  • Dining area, where we all eat together. Didier will serve you a superb 4 course meal (wine & coffee included)
  • Bedrooms for 2, 4 people, all with bathrooms ensuite (shower, toilet and hand basin)
  • Bedrooms for 6 people (bunkbeds), communal bathroom (4 showers, 3 toilets and 6 hand basins)
  • Beds are made and towels are supplied
  • Heated skiroom
  • Parking next door to the chalet



Services:

Your host and chalet owner, Didier loves to make you a delicious meal after a hard day skiing.

During the dinner he will tell you everything about the best ski spots, snow conditions, best restaurants for lunch, non-ski activities and anything else you need to know for a perfect holiday.

You can stay at our place on half-board or bed and breakfast. Just let us know in the morning if you want to eat in or out !
