  • Just 1 hour transfer from Geneva airport, Les Contamines-Montjoie is a beautiful alpine village nestled at the foot of the Mont Blanc massive.
  • Les Contamines-Montjoie maintains a traditional feel, free from sprawling concrete blocks and the inevitable chaos of tour operator resorts. Instead, the charm and warmth of the architecture and local inhabitants conveys a happy, relaxed atmosphere which the tourist office refers to as 'Contagious happiness'.
  • But small town charm doesn't mean small town skiing. Les Contamines-Montjoie has a snow record envied by most resorts and 120km of pistes. Queues are virtually unknown and the lift passes are relatively inexpensive. Whatever your standard or preference, Les Contamines-Montjoie has more than enough skiing for all abilities. From the gentlest of beginner slopes to challenging off-piste, the thrills and spills of the fun park to the well groomed pistes, there is something for everyone. Whats more, Les Contamines-Montjoie is part of the 'Evasion Mont Blanc', a collection of three ski areas which includes Megéve. This one lift pass gives access to an incredible 144 lifts.

Cuisine:

Our highly experienced and charming staff - Marcellus & Katie - will look after your every need.
  • Breakfast will comprise a cooked option, fresh fruit juices, homemade granola's, freshly baked croissants and muffins, and a fruit compote.
  • Picnic lunches can be arranged.
  • Afternoon tea is a  diet defying selection of home made goodies.
  • Canapes are served in front of the roaring fire with either one of Marcellus's famous cocktails or a drink from the  complimentary bar.
  • Katie is the chef and she produces fabulous 3 or 4 course dinners for you each evening.  Our clients have told us that they don't want 4 courses each night but we always have a cheese board available for those that do.
  • Wines, specially selected to compliment the fare, are included.
  • Coffee and petit-fours are served by the fire giving Marcellus and Katie a chance to clear up and prepare for the next day.
  • We are delighted to accept clients with dietary requirments and special occasions to celebrate.
