  • Chalet Damami is a traditional Swiss chalet which can be rented as a spacious family home or, for smaller groups or couples, can be split into 3 separate units.
  • Located in the traditional village of Leysin, one of the highest mountain villages in the French-speaking canton of Vaud, overlooking the Rhône Valley. Leysin is well-known for its unique climate, and claims to be the sunniest village in Switzerland. 
  • Many of Switzerland's finest wines are produced in the neighbouring vineyards, with excellent restaurants and shops in the village and surrounding district, featuring local produce, with an emphasis on wine, cheese, honey and mushrooms.
  • Gstaad, Montreux, Aigle, Les Mosses, Rougemont, Château d'Oex, Les Diablerets and Villars are close by. Leysin is a unique village in an exceptional situation with excellent road and rail connections to Geneva and major European cities.
  • A regular free shuttle bus stops outside the chalet during winter and summer seasons.
  • Excellent ski facilities, with the main telecabine lifts to 2000m (at Berneuse) 3 mins by car/shuttle. Extensive ski runs lie between 1200 and 2300m with superb snowboarding. Under-9s ski for free! A professional ski teacher/guide is available for guests.
  • Neighbouring Les Diablerets glacier at 3000m provides all year skiing and is just a 20 minute drive.
