  • The newly built luxury Chalet Panorama in the unspoilt resort of Maria Alm, welcomed its first guests in January 2006. Less than one hour's drive from the historical city of Salzburg, the resort forms part of the Höchkonig Ski Circuit with over 150 kms of piste.
  • Despite the vast ski area, immaculate slopes and enviable snow record, the Hochkonig is still largely unknown to the British market.  For the few keen British skiers that have discovered this incredibly beautiful area with its quiet pistes and short lift queues there is no looking back.
  • The chalet's design and facilities have been thoughtfully planned to suit the most discerning of guests and skiers. At our top quality Chalet, guests will feel totally at home with all the creature comforts provided.
  • For skiing convenience it's just 400 metres to the lifts and another 100 metres or so to the centre of the resort.

Accommodation:

  • South facing living room, known as the "Great Room", has full width picture windows overlooking the slopes and opens on to a terrace.
  • There is a formal dining area and an adjacent comfortable seating area with an open fire and large panelled dividing wall concealing the wide screen satellite TV.
  • The corner bar is a convenient focal point adjoining our Winter Garden room.
  • Breakfast is served in our traditional style Ivor's gastuberl with its beautifully panelled and locally crafted woodwork.
  • On the lower ground floor is the Chalet's Wellness Suite. Facilities include a steam room, sauna and relaxation room.
  • Six luxury first floor bedroom suites all with balconies overlooking the piste. Each has been tastefully decorated to a high standard.
  • All suites also have an Internet connection and flat screen TV. Superior suites 2,3 & 5 have a bath tub and walk in shower with separate WC.  Each also accommodates an extra child bed.
  • Additionally there is our ski storage room with heated boot racks.
