  • Brand-new chalet (built in 2003) next to the slopes in the Preyerand area of Les Menuires.
  • The Tortollet and Rocher Noir ski lifts are about 150m away from the chalet and can be easily reached by ski or foot. The Croisette, the lively center of Les Menuires with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants is about 500m from the chalet.
  • You can reserve mountainbike trips at the local owner with an private instructor. A must for someone who wants a straining activity and combinate this with a relaxing activity.
  • The chalet enjoys an impressive view on the Belleville Valley.
  • The chalet has a parking place in the central garage. Near the chalets are parking places for additional cars.
  • A few chalets has a ski storeroom outside.

Accommodation:

  • High quality chalet with well designed interior, 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms.
  • On the ground floor you will find a hallway with toilet, a spacious living room with sitting area and dining table, fire place, TV/DVD combination and a CD-stereo set.
  • Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and an oven.
  • Lower ground:
    • Three bedrooms of which one has an ensuite bathroom with shower.
    • Separate bathroom with bath and WC.
    • Separate WC.
    • Washing machine.
  • The ground floor:
    • One bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower.
    • Separate toilet.
  • The first floor:
    • Three bedrooms of which one has an ensuite bathroom with shower.

  • All bedrooms have two single beds and sufficient wardrobe space.

Exclusive:
  • WINTER (December - April): Tourist tax (€ 1,50 p.p.p.d.), security deposit (€ 750 payable by creditcard), towel-set (€ 8 per change), bed linen (€ 15 per change), firewood (€ 10 p. bag). Child's bed (€ 16 p.w.) or cot, high chair (€ 16 p.w.), if available and reserved in advance.
  • SUMMER (May - November): Tourist tax, deposit (€ 500,- per creditcard), towel-set (€ 8,- per change), bedlinen (€ 15,- per change or bring with you), final cleaning, Excl. kitchen/corner and dishwasher, a minimum of € 70, from the 5th person € 10,- per person per week extra. (kids younger than 3 years are free), pets on request (€ 35,- per week). Child's bed (€ 16 p.w.) or high chair (€ 16,- p.w.) if available and reserved in advance.

  • Clients receive 15% discount on ski-rental if booked in advance, or a 10% discountcoupon.
