  • We are a family run business with two quality chalets in fantastic locations.
  • Chalet Genepi is situated in the picturesque and traditional village of Le Bettaix, just a few minutes from the centre of Les Menuires.
  • Le Bettaix has its own chair lift giving you easy access to the whole of the Three Valleys ski area, while retaining a peaceful atmosphere.
  • The chalet is just 400m from the chair lift but we'll drive you to the Le Bettaix chairlift in the morning, and then in the evening, you can either ski the blue run back to Le Bettaix and we'll pick you up from there, or (if appropriate) we'll pick you up in Les Menuires centre. We do all this to give you maximum skiing time, minimum walking!
  • We've picked our chalets to ensure you get the best possible snow, whichever week you chose; the widest variety of terrains, for whichever standard you are; and the beauty and charm of a village location.

Accommodation:

  • The ground floor is a spacious and beautiful open plan living area with a large outdoor balcony.
  • Four large bedrooms each with its own luxurious ensuite bathroom.

Cuisine:

  • Buffet style cooked and continental breakfast, afternoon tea, coffee, hot chocolate and homemade cakes, four course evening meals including wine on six nights. (Your chalet hosts will book you into a restaurant of your choice on their night off.)
  • Fresh fruit available every day.
  • The chalet hosts are experienced cooks with a passion for great food and we hope you will enjoy the meals they prepare for you in the evenings as much as you do your daytime pursuits.
  • At your request the chalet hosts will provide children with a simpler evening meal at the earlier time of 6pm. Unless requested otherwise, the main evening meal will be served at 8pm.
  • Vegetarians catered for with equal care and avidity.
  • Sample menu:
    • Breakfast: Full English cooked breakfast, French bread, croissants and pain au chocolat with butter, jam and honey, yogurts, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, porridge, cereals, tea, coffee, juices;
    • Afternoon tea: Home made chocolate brownies, fresh fruit, french bread, jams tea, coffee and hot chocolate;
    • Children’s high tea: Shepherd's pie with peas and carrots, ice cream;
    • Evening meal: Mixed salad with smoked salmon and star shaped croutons, Chicken, leek and parsley pie, Roast vegetable and feta pie (vegetarian), Potatoes dauphinoise, Fried Savoy cabbage, Lemon possett, Red, rosé and white wine, Fresh coffee, Cheeseboard.

  • Minibus service to and from the slopes (Le Bettaix / Les Menuires (if appropriate)) morning and evening.
  • We will collect your ski passes and bring them to your chalet
  • We can help you book ski or snowboard lessons and childcare.
