About Chalet Flocon des Neiges
- Powder N Shine Ltd is a Three Valleys Lakes and Mountains specialist.
- We are a small, independent, family run catered chalet business offering quality accommodation, a unique dining experience and an exceptional personal service tailored to our clients needs.
- At an altitude of 2000m in a piste-side village resort, guests are guaranteed excellent snow conditions, access to the largest skiing area in the world, and not to mention breathtaking mountain scenery.
- In running the chalet 'Flocon Des Neiges', we believe that a personal touch is vital to ensure that our clients' experience is as rewarding as possible. To this end, we host and cater the chalet ourselves and make sure we are available as often as possible to answer any questions and offer assistance where necessary.
- We are available in the Summer to rent our chalet on a Bed & Breakfast / self-catered / catered basis. Please contact us with your specific requirements.

Accommodation:
Flocon Des Neiges is a traditional, wooden built chalet filled with character and charm. Steve and Francesca have made Flocon Des Neiges into a homely and cosy chalet so that you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible.
Changeover day is mainly on a Saturday, but due to Christmas and New Year falling on a Saturday, the foolowing weeks commence on a Sunday: 05/12/10; 12/12/10; 19/12/10; 26/12/10; 02/01/11 and 09/01/11. The week commencing 09/01/11 is available for 6 nights only. We are flexible, so if you have questions on dates over Christmas and New Year, please contact us!

Powder N Shine are as passionate about food as we are skiing! We aim to provide the highest level of catering for your stay with us, offering a variety of dishes, ranging from traditional British cuisine to French regional classics. All of our food is home-made, and we also have a special children's menu.
Every day (except for your hosts' day off!) you will have the following:

- Breakfast - A wide choice from baked croissants straight from the oven; continental breakfast (ham, cheese, bread); pancakes with a selection of toppings; fresh fruit; yoghurt; cereals; eggy bread; bacon n eggs; fruit juice. On the hosts' day off you will receive a buffet style / self-service breakfast, with no hot option)
- Freshly baked cakes daily
- Aperitifs and Canapés - After you have indulged yourself in Francesca's cakes, soaked your muscles in the jacuzzi and steamed yourself in the sauna, we will light a fire for you and serve delicious canapés and an aperitif of your choice
- Four course dinner party! - A delightful starter course, followed by a main course, a mouth-watering dessert and if you have the room why not indulge in some local cheeses

We travelled with our eight year old and had an excellent week in this super chalet - we had an inter connecting room which was great and the chalet location made going to ski school simple, 30m to the piste and 15m to the ski school, ridiculously easy! The food was delicious, the wine flowed and everything went smoothly - our son had beautifully prepared high tea every day, which followed on well from the lovely cakes that greeted us after skiing! The chalet was not full so there was plenty of room to lounge around on the sofas. A great spot for skiing and relaxing with fantastic views of the mountains." 08 Aug 11

"Dream food, dream location. Cannot recommend this chalet enough. The food, as doubtless numerous reviewers have stated, is of an exceptionally high quality, coupled with efficient but relaxed service. The nightly aperitifs and hors d'ouevres tell you everything you need to know about this place. A touch above."

"This is a great catered Chalet run by a very friendly couple, Francesca and Steve, who just know how a great ski holiday should be. They were incredibly helpful even before we arrived. The Chalet is incredibly comfortable and clean with a really relaxed atmosphere and we were really well looked after. The rooms are really comfortable and everything is of a good quality. Francesca's cooking is absolutely fantastic and we always really looked forward to meal times. Wine was great as well. The chalet location in Reberty is fantastic. Ski in/ski out and a 1 minute walk away from the fantastic La Ferme restaurant/bar. A must for Francesca and Steve's night off. We really couldn't have wished for anything more on our holiday."

Sunny fun times in the snow
"After returning from a long weekend in Reberty it's been both relaxing and adventurous! The weather was what makes skiing perfect - clear blue skies and bright sunshine as well as a great amount of snow. Staying with Fran & Steve was great and my friends and I can't wait to come back next season to experience a bit of Powder and Shine - something to look forward to!

"I recently had the pleasure of spending a week snowboarding in Reberty, being hosted by Steve and Francesca. Not only was the weather and snow amazing but myself and my 2 other friends received some fantastic hospitality. If we had any problems Steve and Francesca were more than happy to help, and with my French being limited this was very handy.
As for the food - well if I could take Francesca back with me then I would, it was some the finest meals I have ever had along with some superb local wines to cap it all off.
I would definatly recommend Powder N Shine since their attention to detail in second to none.
