Although out of the centre of Meribel, it is easily accessible by gondola, bus or a few minutes in a car. Nightlife-loving teenagers will appreciate that it is only a 15 min. walk downhill from Dick's.
In the summer the sunny balcony and terrace provide an ideal place to relax when not taking advantage of the local 18 hole golf course, riding, tennis, swimming, parapenting, climbing, rafting, mountain biking, walking or kayaking.
For winter holidays the chalet is just a few minutes walk from a gondola lift to the centre of Meribel and the heart of the 3 Vallees, the largest linked ski area in the world. Even in poor natural snow conditions there is always accessible good skiing with the 3000m altitude at Val Thorens and the 500 snow cannons on the lower slopes in the Meribel valley. For a good part of the season it should be possible to ski back to the chalet but if not, the ski lockers by the main lifts provide a convenient place to leave skis and boots to allow for a more comfortable trip back on the Gondola.
