Chalet le Passe Temps

Ideal holiday chalet for winter skiing and snowboarding, and summer active alpine breaks!

• Chalet Le Passe Temps (built in 2005) is located in the charming village Saint Jean d'Aulps, on a quiet cul-de-sac with ten other chalets.
• Behind the chalet there is a view of an alpine meadow, and just 100m from the house flows the River Dranse.
• For winter the chalet is ideally located for a skier at any level. Beginners can go to La Grande Terche, 2 km away, with free transfer from the church nearby (100 meters). It is a small ski area, but for more than enough for beginners and early intermediates.
• The more experienced skier can choose to go to Morzine (4 km from the chalet) or Les Gets (12 km from the chalet). There is a ski bus to Morzine, Les Gets and Les Ardents for 1 Euro, with a bus stop 200 meters from the chalet.
• During the summer, there are hundreds of opportunities to relax or be as active as you like.
• The chalet has a sun terrace, an overlapped terrace, a (child's) swimming pool and a lot of space. Morzine is 4 km away, Les Gets is 12 km away. The superb Lac de Montriond, (10 km) with a fantastic view, has a separate swimming area for the children. From here it is only 5 km to the goat town ‘Les Lindarets', a real fun experience for the little ones.
• There are many hiking opportunities with views of, for example, the Mont Blanc, Dents du midi, Dents Blanches and Lake Geneva.
• Mountain biking routes are also plentiful with a lot of lifts open (like in Morzine) to take you and your mountain bike up, if you prefer to descend instead of climb. The real mountain goats can have their fun on cols like de Joux Plane, Joux Verte and Col de Ramaz.
• Golf courses can be found in Les Gets (12 km), Avoriaz (17 km), Evian (30 km) and all around Geneva (70 km).
