    About Chalet le Grand Sapin

    • Married in Morzine in 1999 Michelle and Gordon have a wealth of local knowledge and a genuine love of the area that they are happy to share with you.
    • As the name suggests when you stay with them you are not just on a skiing holiday, but as the French say "chez Michelle" at home with Michelle, a home from home atmosphere with superb surroundings and service.
    • The chalet sleeps 10-12 people in 5/6 bedrooms and is situated on a quiet back street only 300m from both the Pleney lift system and the Telecabine of Super Morzine. It is just a short walk from lift access to 650km of piste and a stroll away from all the charms of this classic Savoyard Village.

    Accommodation:

    • Situated on a quiet back street only 300m from both the Pleney lift system and the Telecabine of Super Morzine.
    • Sleeps 12 people (maximum 14) in 6 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms.
    • We think that this has to be one of the best-placed chalets in Morzine, being just a stroll away from both, fast lift access to 650km of piste and the center of this charming traditional French Ski town of Morzine.
    • The chalet was just completed in the summer of 2001 and combines superb design features with lots of light and contemporary furniture. All rooms come equipped with fine linen, towels, bathrobes and hair dryers.
    • You can relax around the open fire listening to music while waiting for your evening meal. We have a large selection of books, DVD's, videos, board games and a play station all for your use.
    • We also have Wifi access.

    Services:

    • Michelle was trained at Leith's school of food and wine and has worked all over the world. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge and her love of food and wine to the table each night.
    • Breakfast and afternoon tea is provided every day
    • For 6 nights a week you have a wonderful 4 course dinner with wine.
    • For a supplement you can choose to have the gourmet option - fine wines, champagne and canapes to start with.
    • We can help with organising ski school, lift passes, equipment and can arrange child care for you if you need it.
