This apartment is situation approximately 1 Km from Morzine centre, directly beside the Nyon cablecar which take you directly into the centre of the Morzine - Les Gets ski area.
Access is by well cleared roads, and the apartment has a double garage for use during your stay.
The apartment has stunning mountain views looking towards the Pleney and Nyon ski sectors.
Situated in a quiet location, yet only about a 20 minute walk from the town.
The ski bus stops just outside the apartment and there are also plenty of taxis in Morzine if you don't fancy the walk.

The apartment sleeps up to 4 in 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge.
Bedroom 1: double bed and a storage unit surrounding the head of the bed providing ample storage.
Bedroom 2: sofa bed, which can be used as a permanent bed for smaller parties, or double up as daytime living area during the day for larger parties.

Fully equipped kitchen area with a dining table and chairs. Large window / door acces to the balcony.
The balcony faces SW, and catches plenty of sun in the afternoon. It also has a stunning view across the valley to the mountain forests and the Nyon / Pleney ski slopes.
There are separate toilet and shower rooms.
