Cuisine:We pride ourselves on our home cooked cuisine prepared from fresh ingredients each day.The day starts wiith a wholesome breakfast of a cooked course, cereals, yoghurts, fruits bread, fruit juices tea and coffee. After skiing you will be welcomed back with vin chaud, a home baked apres ski cake or savoury option and tea or coffee. A three course childrens tea, again home cooked, is at 6 pm if required. Great care is taken preparing the four course evening meal which is served on our huge oak refectory tables. The cuisine is a blend of French and English and includes regional dishes. Meal are accompanied by liberal quantities of good wines and followed by tea or coffee. Packed lunches can be provided for a modest supplement. Services:
