  • A large, sunny, self contained modern garden/ski apartment sleeping upto 6 people on a self catering basis. French doors lead from the lounge area onto a patio and S.E. facing lawned garden overlooking the pretty village of St. Jean d'Aulps in the Portes du Soleil. The local ski station 'La Grande Terche' and village centre are 5 mins away and just over 10 mins from the town of Morzine with access to Switzerland and the Avoriaz ski areas.
  • The village centre of St. Jean d'Aulps is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment and has 2 Boulangeries/Pattiseries, mini supermarket (open from 8am until 8pm), 2 Boucherie/Charcuteries, Post office and a Bank. There are 2 restaurants in the village and more at La Grande Terche for tasty traditional Haute Savoie cuisine. The large 'Champion' supermarket and petrol station is only 3 minutes drive towards Morzine.
  • The lawned garden is child friendly and secure, which is ideal for alfresco summer dining with sunshine all day long. Gas bbq, wooden garden furniture and sun loungers with cushions are all provided.
  • The apartment is self catering, non smoking and pets are not permitted.

Accommodation:

  • The apartment is very well equipped and insulated throughout and comprises: 2 bedrooms; 1 double and 1 twin/double, both with fitted wardrobes and dressing tables. (NB: sleeps 4 very comfortably, for a total of 6 people, 2 additional put-up beds will be provided). A shower room with vanity unit, washbasin, walk in power shower and WC.
  • Fully equipped modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven/microwave/grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer & all utensils.
  • open plan dining area comprises a large table and chairs leading to the living room featuring a log fire burner, 2 wicker arm chairs and sofa, TV, sky satellite, dvd, video, mini hi-fi and a computer with broadband wi-fi. A wide selection of dvd's, books, computer and board games are available for your enjoyment.
  • Access to the apartment is via a private drive (which is cleared of snow in the Winter months) just off a very quiet road only used by local residents with a covered carport next to the  main chalet.
  • The apartment has its own front door and entrance hall which offers ample space for coats, shoes and boots etc. All rooms have wall heaters.
