Summer Holidays: The Portes du Soleil offers a whole range of outdoor pursuits from mountain biking to white water rafting – golfing days to cultural tours. Our funky chalet is available on a self-catered basis, with resident chalet host in town to provide advice/assistance.

  • Ideally situated only 500m from the Prodains ski lift which provides the fastest link to the high altitude ski area of Avoriaz.
  • For summer (self catered): fully equipped kitchen with 3 oven/6 hob Rangemaster cooker, SMEG fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher
  • And for maximum relaxation there is a sun terrace with deck chairs, Bar-B-Q and an extensive garden which runs down to a babbling mountain stream.

Cuisine:

Food plays a really important part of any chalet holiday experience so we ensure that our chalet chefs are fully trained to provide a good selection of fresh, healthy, wholesome food and are able to cater for all common dietary requirements.  We serve an energy-packed breakfast of porridge, eggs, croissants, pain au chocolates, cereal, yogurt, fruit juice tea and coffee; when you get back from the slopes there will be afternoon tea and cake waiting for you; And in the evening we serve a well balanced, freshly made 3 course evening meal with unlimited wine.
