Alpine Escapes' Chalet Ruisseau is available catered or self-catered and is set in one of the best playgrounds in Europe - it's ideal for both summer and winter holidays !

Set in Montriond on the outskirts of Morzine, it is just a 10 minute walk to the town centre and to the Super Morzine cable car. It also provides easy access for the free bus which takes you to Ardent, les Prodains and Morzine.

The chalet is made up of 2 self-contained apartments which can be booked as a whole or separately.

Both winter and summer you will find breathtaking scenery, a fantastic environment and an enormous range of things to do for the whole family !

Accommodation:

Apartment 1, (top floor) sleeps 4 - 7 people;

  • This apartment which has recently been refurbished, has one bedroom with a double and a bunk bed, as well as a large wardrobe/ storage area,(there is additional space for another single bed).
  • There is a bathroom with separate toilet.
  • Open plan kitchen/ diner/ lounge area.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas hob/ oven, microwave and kettle. there is also a dining table seating 6 people.
  • The lounge which is separated by a breakfast bar from the kitchen, is cosy with a sofa bed for 2 people as well as several other chairs.
  • There is a balcony with amazing views across Morzine and the surrounding areas.

  • Apartment 2, (2nd floor) sleeps 8 - 10 people;

    • This is a very spacious apartment also recently refurbished.
    • 2 bedrooms:- Bedroom 1 & 2 both have a double bed and a bunk bed with wardrobe space.
    • Shower room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
    • There is a large kitchen/ diner which is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas oven/ hob, kettle and microwave. there is a dining table in here that seats 8 people comfortably.
    • It has a large lounge with a sofa bed for 2 people and several chairs for you to relax in .
    • This apartment has a large balcony accessible from both the kitchen and the lounge, also with amazing views.

    Cuisine:

    Available of whole chalet is booked;
    • Continental breakfast each morning consisting of :- cereals, juices, French bread, jams. yogurts and a variety of fresh meats and cheeses.
    • Lunch is not provided so this is an ideal opportunity for you to experience some of the local cuisine, whether it be Tartiflette and a glass of Vin Chaud on the mountain during a days skiing or just a baguette from a cafe while out hiking. But if you feel like having a picnic by the lake we can arrange that for you.
    • Afternoon tea consisting of cake or biscuits. Tea and coffee will also be available.
    • Evening meal: after a hard days work you will be able to enjoy the delights of a 4 course meal.
