Chalet Le Sabot is a privately owned traditional chalet available to rent on a self catered or catered basis.
It is well positioned, situated in the beautiful Vallee de La Manche, 2 kilometres from the centre of Morzine, only 600 metres from the Nyon cable car where the ski bus stops, and a 5 minute drive from the Prodains lifts, which give the fastest access to the Avoriaz ski area.
Le Sabot provides a rare combination of superb views and easy access. Bus stops are right outside.
There are 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms, large sitting room with open log fire, and a balcony with views over the mountains.
There is fast wireless broadband internet access and Sky TV with movies and kids channels.
Also there are new leather sofas providing luxurious seating for 12 people.

Accommodation:

main entrance- boot room, with WC, washing machine and dryer.
Two bedrooms - double with ensuite and full size bath, and bedroom sleeping up to 4 in 2 single beds and a set of bunkbeds, ensuite bathroom with a full size bath and shower.

Spacious living area, 45m2, with lots of comfy leather seating, sofa bed, TV/video/DVD,Sky TV, playstation, CD/cassette player, fast wireless broadband internet access.
Open log fire made from stones taken from the river.
French Windows leading onto large balcony with spectacular views of the mountains. Balcony table and chairs.
Dining area seats 12 around a large pine table.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, electric fan oven and a large American fridge/freezer.
