Chalet Le Serac

•  Please note: Serac is undergoing extensive renovation work during summer 2009, and will be ready for Dec 2009 - new photos will be taken in the autumn.
• The Serac is situated very close to the town centre but in a quiet spot opposite the river Dranse and next to the Palais des Sports (which has a gym, sauna and Jacuzzi).
• A minutes' walk from the chalet across the river brings you to the free public elevator at the SuperMorzine telecabine station. From there it is five minutes' walk (or a 2-minute free train ride) to the Pleney lifts, where any beginners would be having their lessons.
• In the other direction, you have the town facilities such as bars, restaurants and the main supermarket (Champion - 2 mins walk).
• Serac is ideal for small groups or family skiing trips as there are five bedrooms and three bathrooms (one is ensuite). The living / dining area is delightful and has three comfortable sofas and a dining table.
• The chalet is well equipped for groups self-catering.  There is a dishwasher, washing machine, drying room, wide 5-hob oven, fridge/freezer and bar fridge, and all the kitchen equipment you could need. There is a TV / DVD, and CD stereo.
• The chalet has a secure garage for mountain bike storage and tinkering, and a hose for washing down bikes and riders!
• There is plentiful parking right outside the front door.

Ground Floor:

• Main Entrance door.
• Storage area for skis and boots, washing machine, WC. Tumble dryer to be added for Dec 2009.
• Drying room and boot drying rack in boiler room.
• Double bedroom with ensuite shower room and handbasin (will be enlarged and have bath & overhead shower for Dec 2009).

First Floor: (up internal staircase)

• Living area and dining table with 3 sofas, fully equipped kitchen (will be open-plan and enlarged after renovation).
• Master double bedroom with balcony, WC.
• Bathroom with basin and wc.
• Shower room with WC.
• Balcony along the front and side of chalet.
• Wi-Fi and Freeview TV will be available for Dec 2009

Second Floor:

• Two twin rooms each with handbasin
• Triple room (three single beds)
• Linen and 2 towels per person provided
