Inclusive:

WINTER (December - April): Gas, water, electricity, bed linen and final cleaning (excl. kitchen/corner and dishwasher).
SUMMER (May - November): Gas, water, electricity.

Exclusive:

WINTER (December - April): Visitor tax, security deposit (€ 750 payable by creditcard), towel-set (€ 8 per change), bed linen (€ 15 per change), firewood (€ 10 p. bag) . Child's bed (€ 16 p.w.), high chair (€ 16 p.w.), if available and reserved in advance.
SUMMER (May - November): Tourist tax, deposit (€ 500,- per creditcard), towel-set (€ 8,- per change), bedlinen (€ 15,- per change or bring with you), final cleaning, Excl. kitchen/corner and dishwasher, a minimum of € 70, from the 5th person € 10,- per person per week extra. Kids younger than 3 years are free, pets on request (€ 35,- per week). Child's bed (€ 16 p.w.) or high chair (€ 16,- p.w.) if available and reserved in advance.

Clients receive 15% discount on ski-rental if booked in advance, or a 10% discountcoupon.
GrandAlpes Private catering available from € 280 p.p.p.w., discounts for children available.
Pets are allowed (on request: € 35 p.pet p.w.).
