  • Our chalet chefs are on hand to greet you with sumptuous cakes and a hot drink after a hard day on the hill. You can then soak your muscles in the spa facilities and look forward to an exceptional three course dinner with good quality wine.

Accommodation:

This charming traditional Savoyard building has been newly refurbished for us and is finished to an exceptionally high standard.  It's right on the piste, yet you can also drive up to it.  It's got:

  • 8 fully ensuite bedrooms  
  • huge lounge / diner with under floor heating 
  • separate kitchen
  • garden area with panoramic valley views
  • outdoor Jacuzzi looking out over Mt Blanc
  • secure storage for boards and skis
  • parking

Cuisine:

We're passionate about food and follow Nigel Slater's mantra: “good eating depends on nothing more than fine ingredients, simply cooked.”

So we pay attention to where our ingredients come from and how they’re produced. Whenever we can we buy local, seasonal food, preferably from nearby farmers. And we happily cater for meaty, veggie and vegan diets. Here’s a taster of what you can expect.

Breakfast
Croissants, porridge, bacon sarnies, fresh bread, jams, cereals, ham, cheese, eggs, yoghurts, fresh fruit, tea and coffee, juice

Afternoon Tea
Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, hot toddies and fruit teas with a freshly-baked cake or cookies

Dinner
Starters
Baked vacherine cheese with pancetta, local sausage, dips, cornichons and crudités
Local paté with French toast and shredded carrot
Celery and nutmeg soup with crème fraise

Mains
Lamb shank and mash with dark, oniony mustard gravy
Chicken breast stuffed with brie and wrapped in parma ham with Boulangiere potatoes
Aromatic roast pork with stuffed apple and stove topped winter vegetables in butter.

Vegetarian option
Creamy mushroom pie with marinated winter vegetables and dauphinoise potatoes

Dessert
Raspberry tart with crème fraise
Selection of local cheeses (we’ll even tell you a bit about their history)
