  • A  newly renovated, stylish apartment, based in the picturesque town of Cauterets, the thermal spa resort and mountain-sports playground for skiing, walking and climbing, deep in the heart of the Pyrenees.
  • We have restored a beautiful old building maintaining many of its original features, only a stones throw away from the many patisseries, shops and restaurants in the town centre.
  • Just a five minute walk away from the new high speed 8 man telecabine system up to the ski station starting at 1850m to experience great skiing and snowboarding for all abilities, or walking and mountain biking in summer.
  • For cross country skiing and/or ski touring, visit Pont D'Espagne (only 7km/10 mins from Cauterets by car or bus), a magical winter wonderland with over 36km of cross country ski runs descending over 5 circuits, snowshoe and walking tracks and a toboggan slope.
  • We are a family run enterprise, on hand each day to answer any questions and help to organise your holiday activities in our ‘Salle de Gave' welcome room with riverside terrace.

Accommodation:

Vignemale is our largest apartment (first floor) and sleeps 6 - 8 people, featuring an authentic wooden staircase and Alpine style bedrooms:
  • Modern fully equipped kitchen (incl. cooker/hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine), dining area
  • Spacious living room with sofa bed (sleeps two), flat screen TV and DVD/CD/radio player (MPEG4 DVD player for all your multimedia needs, plus USB for ipods)
  • Private balconies front and back with access from kitchen and living room areas; large private balcony at back overlooking river and mountains
  • 2 x double bedrooms and a third bedroom with twin beds and basin
  • Bathroom with WC, basin and bath/shower
  • Also a separate WC
  • Access to the Salle du Gave welcome room with riverside terrace

Services:

Services available include;
  • hire of baby / children's equipment,
  • special occasion gifts for birthdays, anniversaries etc,
  • welcome food packs for your arrival and breakfast delivered to your door (not included in rental rate). 
  • We also provide complimentary homemade tea and cake at 4pm, 6 days per week.
