  • Located in the Neiges Catalanes region, we offer free transport to other local resorts.
  • The GR10, GR36 and Haute Route Pyrenees all run near to the chalet making Chalet Isard a great choice for summer walking. With climbing and mountain biking available there is plenty to do - or just relax in one of the three Thermal Baths within 30 minutes drive.
  • Chalet Isard is a family home and you'll find a warm and friendly welcome with unbeatable personal service!
  • During spring, summer and autumn months you can book one of our Multi-Activity Weeks or Weekends and experience several mountain activities (sch as kiting, paragliding, canyoning, rafting, etc...) during one exhilerating holiday.

Accommodation:

  • Sleeps up to 8 people in 1 doubles, 2 twin rooms and 1 bunk room, set on 2 levels with a bathroom on each floor.
  • Open plan lounge and dining area with log fire.
  • Catering includes breakfast, delicious home made cakes for afternoon tea, and aperatifs followed by a 4 course dinner with wine.
  • We offer free Internet Access available on our own computer or for those with their own laptops.
         Weekends and short breaks are our speciality.

Cuisine:

  • Our evening meals are a mixture of local and English dishes using local produce. Vegetarian options are always available. Typical dishes include:
    • homemade vegetable soup
    • tomato, mozzarrella and avocado salad
    • pain con tomate with serrano ham
    • chicken catalane
    • baked salmon
    • roast leg of lamb 
    • fruit salad
    • profiteroles
    • bread & butter pudding
  • Aperatifs are served before the evening meal and a well stocked cheeseboard is offered to finish off your meal
  • Childrens meals can be arranged and are usually served while you relax with your aperatifs!

Services:

  • Private airport transfers and transport during your stay.  
  • On arrival at the chalet we will be happy to assist with the hiring of ski equipment and purchasing of ski passes. We can also book ski lessons in advance with the local ski shool.
  • We offer free ski guiding during your holiday in a number of our local resorts.
  • During your stay we can arrange a trip to one of the fabulous Thermal Baths - so bring your swimwear!
  • SNOWKITING - We have linked up with a local kite school and can offer taster sessions or complete holidays to learn/practice this fast growing sport. Something slightly different to test your skiing/snowboarding skills!
  • Multi-Activity Weekends and Weeks are now available with qualified guides/instructors so you can safely enjoy more mountain activity. All activities, instruction, equipment and transport is provided along with full board and accommodation.
