  • Chalet Brio has been built by a local architect using the best of modern and traditional design, full of light and space and flexibly arranged accommodation. 
  • Outside it is surrounded by a large garden with plenty of space for parking and in the summer months, a large heated swimming pool. Heating for the chalet is provided by a ground geothermal system.
  • Situated in L'Etelley, just across the river from Samoens and the Grand Massif Express, we are also ideally located to reach the other main telecabines from either Morillon or Vercland, giving you the choice of the best route up to the slopes.  All are just a three minute drive by car or on the ski bus 150 mts away, we also offer a lift in the morning and at the end of the day
  • 5 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms or wetrooms, 2 with extra guest beds
  • for the winter season Chalet Brio is offered on a catered or semi catered option, food is fresh, varied and good.
  • Ideal for families and large groups, we also welcome individual room bookings and can be flexible about length of stay outside the peak weeks
  • Samoens and its surrounding area is one of the most pleasant all year round resorts to stay in, with an excellent choice of activities for non skiers in the winter and a huge range of attractions in the summer.
  • Bars, shops and restaurants are in nearby Morillon and Samoens.

Accommodation:

  • Brio sleeps 10 -16 in 5 double bedrooms, each one individual, all with ensuite bathrooms or wetrooms, 2 with extra beds, 1 with annexe. All have either French windows to garden or private balcony. 
  • Upstairs living area is light and spacious with a woodburner, comfy sofas, contemporary and antique furniture, impressive views all round, satellite TV, DVD, bose music system, wifi.
  • The dining table seats 16, sliding doors to E & W balconies
  • Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, laundry room and ski room
  • Car port and parking for 9 cars
  • Travel cot, highchair available

Cuisine:

Catered - winter season
Leisurely evenings around the table with friends and family make a welcome change from hurried meals at home. We'll look after you and feed you every day, except for one evening.  This gives you the chance to make the most of your time on the slopes and in the evenings.  We cook, you ski, you relax, we wash up.  We do our best to make the meals a bit special with the sort of food you all enjoy, English, European, Asian, vegetarian.  We put out a tasty breakfast in the mornings and there's something different for tea every day when you get back in the afternoons, pre dinner drinks before you sit down to enjoy the evening meal which will use the best local produce and wines. 

If you take the whole chalet we are happy to offer a flexi catered option, we provide daily bread, croissants, milk etc, 1 pre cooked meal, cook for you on 2 evenings and do a mid week clean, contact us for prices.

Services:

  • Catered accommodation in Chalet Brio usually runs from Saturday to Saturday but we can be flexible outside peak periods, bed linen, towels and daily cleaning are included, cooked breakfast, cakes, aperitifs and evening meal with wine on 6 nights, fresh bread & croissants on day off
  • Discount on ski hire at the local ski hire shops
  • We can recommend and book private lessons, snow shoe expeditions, fondue in a yurt, a UK registered childminder etc
  • We think that having a car gives you more choice and flexibility to enjoy all that's on offer but we can book airport transfers for you and for guests in Brio we will do a morning drop off at the lift and a teatime collection if you choose not to bring your own car.
