  • Completed in 2005, Chalet Douglas is an imposing modern chalet designed in typical alpine style.
  • Arranged over three floors, it offers an excellent level of comfort with fittings and equipment of a high standard.
  • Wood is much in evidence with beamed ceilings and pine-clad walls.




Accommodation:

  • The open-plan first floor is made of a spacious lounge with comfortable leather sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), a dining area with wooden table and chairs for up to ten people and a very well equipped kitchen with new appliances.
  • A large sunny terrace runs along the length of the sitting and dining room.
  • There is also a large shower room and a separate wc on this floor.
  • Three main bedrooms upstairs:
    • one with a king-size bed,
    • one with three single beds,
    • one with a double and a single bed.
  • A bathroom with bath and two sinks and a separate wc are also on this floor.
  • Parking for two cars in the garage (with access to garage for unloading straight into chalet in bad weather) and further outside parking.
  • Built-in fridge/freezer, with second one in the boot room, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster and washing machine.
  • Under-floor heating on the main floor and electric radiators elsewhere.
