  • Situated in the beautiful alpine village of Monetier-les-Bains at 1500m, the highest village in the Serre Chevalier ski area, and only a short walk to the slopes and ski lifts.
  • Beautifully furnished and equipped, with a double bed and 2 comfortable sofabeds. Terrace and small garden  with mountain views, kitchen with dishwasher, hob and oven, as well as a large fridge and washing machine. Shower room.  There is a ski locker and boot storage.
  • The apartment is available for rental all year round, as the area is popular with canoeists and kayakers in the spring and summer, and there are many other activities to enjoy too.
  • There will be a partly covered swimming pool heated by the geothermal springs which run through the village, and a sauna and private changing room (due to be completed by December 2006).
