The Area

Nearby Resorts: Val d'Isere and Tignes are a mere 20 minute drive away whist Villaroger (for Les Arcs) is 10 minutes. Half an hour finds you in La Rosiere which is linked to La Thuile in Italy. La Plagne is 40 minutes drive. Non-skiers: There are facilities for cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, dog sledding, ice climbing, ice fishing or ice skating nearby. Or just relax on the apartment's south and west facing balcony. A trip down the road to Bourg St. Maurice is worth making the effort for some good value shopping, or a trip to Val d'Isere for some very expensive shopping.
