Lovely apartment in superb location for skiing and enjoying the mountains of Haute Savoie and close to Lake Geneva!

Set in the grounds of an ancient chateau, this wonderful, newly-converted apartment is in a central location for trying different ski areas in the fabulous Haute Savoie area.
The apartment is set near the village of Draillant, just 5 miles into the mountains from Thonon les Bains, a beautiful spa town on the southern shore of Lake Geneva.
Access to several ski areas for winter sports is possible, including the massive Portes du Soleil just 30 mins away. The local ski area is just 10 minutes away. With a car it is easy to get to other famous ski areas such as the Grand Massif, Les Aravis and the Pays du Mont Blanc, which includes Megeve and of course Chamonix!

There are plenty of places to explore close by including Evian, famous for its spring water, and with an excellent golf course with superb views over the lake, and the little medieval town of Yvoire, which sits on a small headland jutting out into the lake, with cobbled streets, little shops and its famous Garden of the Five Senses.
The lake itself offers numerous activities and entertainments throughout the year - with ferries across the lake to Geneva and Lausanne, sailing and watersports.
Within the mountains there are walking paths, moutain bike trails, paragliding and endless opportunities to get away from it all, relax and enjoy!
