Excellent located in the centre of Kaprun close to the Lechnerberg skilift (500m), the children's skischool and the ski rental (75m). Cross country skirun at 200m.
Ski busstop (also for the skibus to the gondolastation from the Kitzsteinhorn glacier) at 100m.
Shops at 150m and close to several restaurants and pubs. You won't need a car during your stay.
You can ski all year round at the Kitzsteinhorn glacier (3203m).
There are enough parking places for 5/6 cars.
Pets are allowed (€ 3.50 p.d.). There is a washing machine which you can use (extra charge). Breadservice (extra charge), breakfast/buffet on request (€ 7 p.p.p.d. / min. 10 persons).
