  • From the Maiskogel skiing area it’s possible to ski back to right near the chalet. 300 m from the new Maiskogel chairlift. Cross-country ski tracks at 200m.
  • Ski-bus stop (also for the ski-bus to the glacier cable car station) at 50m. Shops, ski-rental, restaurants and bars all within walking distance.
  • No need to use your car during your stay.
  • The apartment is characterized by its decoration which contributes to the warm atmosphere.
  • All year skiing on Kitzsteinhorn glacier (3203 m).

  • SUMMER (May - November): Final cleaning, deposit (€ 150), tourist tax (adult €1.20 p.p.p.d. / children up to 12 yr for free), 1 pet (€ 5 p.d.).
