From the Maiskogel skiing area it’s possible to ski back to right near the chalet. 300 m from the new Maiskogel chairlift. Cross-country ski tracks at 200m.
Ski-bus stop (also for the ski-bus to the glacier cable car station) at 50m. Shops, ski-rental, restaurants and bars all within walking distance.
No need to use your car during your stay.
The apartment is characterized by its decoration which contributes to the warm atmosphere.
All year skiing on Kitzsteinhorn glacier (3203 m).
In the winter visitors of the Margarethenstein can use for free and infinite the surrounding swimming pool that is on 5 minutes walking distance.
The apartment has a private entrance.
Enough parking spaces at the apartments.
Pets allowed (1 dog at €5 a/d). Bread service (extra charge). Use of washing machine (extra charge).

This old, very attractive and fully renovated chalet is split into a main building and an interconnected newer part.
This 4-room apartment can be reached through a small entrance through the reception and is situated in the newer part behind the chalet.
In addition a small reception, sauna (free), room with washing machine (coins). Ski storage, ski shoe-dryer.
Spacious private parking space for your cars.

WINTER (December - April): Electricity, bed linen, towel set, baby bed(please bring your own bed linen for baby beds. Baby beds and highchair can only be reserved in advance and if available.)

WINTER (December - April): Tourist tax, final cleaning(€ 70), deposit(€ 150).
SUMMER (May - November): Final cleaning, deposit (€ 150), tourist tax (adult €1.20 p.p.p.d. / children up to 12 yr for free), 1 pets (€ 5 p.d.).

Clients receive 10% discount on ski-rental if booked in advance, or a 10% discountcoupon.
