  • Located in Zell am See, just a few metres from the Schmittenhohebahn cable car station, it is possible to ski right back to the house.
  • It is just a 25 minute walk to the shores of Lake Zeller and the pedestrian centre of Zell am See, with picturesque views of the lake and mountains.
  • Zell am See is a famous international spa and ski resort situated near Salzburg in the west of Austria. Together with its neighbour Kaprun, they form the "Europa Sportregion" (the European region of sports).
  • Summer activities include hiking, biking, waterskiing, diving, fishing - all kinds of sports, and enjoying the fabulous scenery!
